Vacation time is very important and so many North Americans just don't get it. It took me a long time to learn as well. As a matter of fact, this is the first year I've booked, and plan on taking all of my 3 weeks vacation.....1 week next week and 2 weeks (in a row!!) in August. Wayne, you are so right!
