If I were CEO I would hire more creative people for all departments of the company.  Too many “by the book” people.

You need to hire people who listen to this show. I know of no one who has ever been accused of being too “by the podcast”……

Ed Weber of Hallowell Maine offers this suggestion:

First and foremost, I will eliminate all discussion about buying private jets. I think they are a frivolous, extravagant, and extremely egotistical waste of money. Do I need to clarify what I mean?
