[...] Secondly, Marshall Goldsmith is this week’s guest. If I were to put up a list of the top 5 people I’d love to get on the show, and didn’t think I stood a chance, Marshall’s on it. I’m not going to tell you the rest of them, although you know the elusive Tom Peters is on it, of course, but that’s not a secret. His new book “What Got You Here Won’t Get You There” is already a best seller. You heard about it on our interview with 800 CEO Read president Jack Covert. [...]

You're right. I've been struggling with my recording software which seems to have a mind of its own, and the interview with Jack was exhibit A. The next few interviews seem to have addressed the problem, and I'm hoping we've got it licked til the next gremlin appears. I'm sorry knocking you out of your seat with anything other than the brilliance of my guests.

I AM working on the problem.

Hey, Wayne. I've been listening for quite a while now, and really like the content. But the last couple podcasts have technical issues that make them hard to listen to. The volume of your guest is so much lower than you that I've got to jack up the playback to hear them, then your voice knocks me out of my seat. Not a good thing when I'm listening on my mp3 player during the morning commute...

Could you see if there's anything that can be done to even out the playback levels? Thanks.
