If you haven&#039;t already read it, check out the book &quot;Crucial Conversations.&quot;  It tracks very nicely with Wally&#039;s advice to present the facts, link them to the impact to show why this issue is important, then shut up and let the other person talk.  However, I think Crucial Conversations provides a lot more &quot;how-to&quot; that people can put into practice.
