Along with "The Strangest Secret", another Earl Nightengale classic is Russell Cromwell's "Acres of Diamonds", and his longer recording of "Lead the Field". Almost all Nightengale recordings are invaluable, try to get a copy of his 10 volume, 20 cassette program " The Essence of Success".

Wayne,
Earl Nightingale- great stuff. Believe and Succeed,Very straight forward message. Will be valid for generations to come.
Keep up the great work Wayne. Your podcast help me to explore new areas, like Gen X,Ys, Spirituality, Leadership challenge(I liked the Chinese perspective) etc etc.

You are my companion for podcasts listening during my evening walk (along with HBR Idea cast and Anna Farmery- The Engaging Brand).
Regards
Karthik, Bangalore, India.

Loved this show Wayne. I've read a lot of these books myself and definitely like seeing Josh's list since it gives me a few more great books to add to my reading list. I've a huge believer in self guiding learning myself and have started my own blog to post book reviews and business/learning articles for others to learn from.

Thanks for all the links and the show, I love hearing from all the guests and recommended reading that they offer! The Strangest Secret is one of my top favorites as well.
