		<description>Okay, so the least I should do is be a learner, and that means sharing what I just heard with someone. How about an imaginary audience on this page.

1. You and Kevin used the word &#039;process&#039; enough times to make me think you are being paid by my boss to brainwash me.

2. My pastor today shared how, as new Christian, he would buy a new Bible every time he felt he was off-track. A lot like some buy exercise equipment, I suppose.

3. Motivation (and by extension application, and process) is fleeting. There has to be a reward system that tricks us into doing the things we should do.

I&#039;ve seen www.mint.com is supposed to be adding a personal budgeting system that is based on being a game. How cool is that? People learn rules of games very instinctively, and apply it, yet they don&#039;t do that with leadership.

Any of this resonate? I guess it has more to do with learning and application, regardless of the subject.</description>
