The HR Carnival and Why My Kid Hates HR Already

Of course, that’s also why when I see things that aren’t so swell, it makes me crazy. Moreover when it involves my daughter it makes me even crazier. Check out my Management Issues column this month to see why she’s got a distrust of the Nice Lady in HR, even before she starts her first job.
Ahhhh yes, my daughter has her first real job…I’m torn… on the one hand she’s growing up and away from us, on the other I have my own little lab rat to test work theories on and see the new employee in her natural environment. Does that make me a bad father???
